|Main Text=Splash is one of the only Gay Clubs in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It's located in a poor area of town. The walk from the gravel parking lot and around the building to the glowing rainbow door is a treacherous one. Once you're inside a seasoned drag queen welcomes you to check your ID and kindly takes a few dollars off you as you enter the club. The environment reminds me of the a club you'd find in Star Trek. There's lots of fog, lazer lights, and wild beings letting loose on the dance floor. As the bass tears through the air the cement blocks bip and bop along side the people.
